A new level of hierarchy in your organization

• If your organization is a group divided into several brands or companies, you can now compare their results from your impact page.
• Follow the progress of each of these subdivisions separately in the data explorer
• Each subdivision has its own Genesis account.

Other improvements

• Load times have been significantly reduced on most of the application's pages.
• The application is now available in Portuguese

Dynamics of your scores parcels

How are your soils changing over time? Which health indicators are progressing, stagnating or deteriorating?

• Each parcel rated at least twice now has a dynamic for each indicator, in the form of an upward (positive dynamic), horizontal (stable dynamic) or downward (negative dynamic) arrow, allowing you to detect trends over the tracking period.
• By hovering over the arrow, you can see the details of the scores by campaign.

History of your farms' scores

• Each farm that has been sampled at least twice now has a history for each indicator. Hover over the "history" icon to see the detailed scores for each campaign. By default, the score of the most recent campaign is displayed.

Visualize your impact over time

• The impact page takes into account the most recent score available for each parcel.
• Filter by campaign from the impact page to analyze your results for a particular year.
• Campaign filters also appear in the Data Explorer.

Create views on a selection of farms

• The Data Explorer now allows you to choose one or more farms to isolate. This allows you to more easily create views by region, by commodity chain or by supply type.

Your parcels now has a Genesis score.

This change simplifies the platform and makes it easier to read the results. For example, it is easier to interpret the relationship between the score and the cropping practices, and to compile the results by crop.

‍What you need to know about scoring at parcel :

• HSUs or Homogeneous Soil Units are areas that can extend over several parcels, whose pedological, cultural and slope characteristics are close enough to be the subject of the same sampling and analysis.
• Until now, these HSUs received the score calculated by Genesis
• Since the update, HSUs are still used to delineate the areas to be harvested, but now parcels are scored.
• The score of a parcel is calculated by averaging the scores of its HSUs, weighted by their respective areas.
• The HSUs and all the information concerning the HSUs are visible in the "Soil Context" tab of parcel.
• When a parcel is overlapped by several HSUs, the page gathers data from all its HSUs.

The score by supply enters the platform

• Each parcel now has a section dedicated to its rotation history
• Each of your commodities receives an impact score, calculated as the average of the parcels from which the commodity originated

The Data Explorer gains in power

• Full-page charts to display larger data sets
• New ways to visualize your scores: a summary page with all the indicators, a texture triangle and many others
• Filter your results according to the crop in place, the practices, the soil context...

Update of some indicators

• Oxygen availability: this indicator is now contextualized by season (winter-summer), which reduces its sensitivity to the sampling period.
• Denitrification potential: the reference values used for this indicator have been adjusted, for a better calibration with respect to the whole reference system.
• Total organic carbon: the reference values used for this indicator have been adjusted, following a finer calibration of the pedoclimatic contexts used.

Update of some indices

• Biodiversity Index: deletion of the indicator "Denitrification potential", whose effect on biodiversity is better carried by the indicators "Oxygen availability" and "Balance of mineral nitrogen forms".
• Climate Index : deletion of the "Maximum water reserve" indicator while waiting for a more detailed contextualization.
• Water Quality Index: deletion of the indicator "Denitrification potential", whose effect on water quality is better carried by the indicator "Balance of mineral nitrogen forms".
• Fertility Index: addition of the "Denitrification Potential" indicator, to better reflect the risk of nitrogen loss through parcels.

Update of the printable results page

• The printable summary by farm now includes some texture and physico-chemical information, as well as a detailed report by parcel

More clarity with a simplified score

• 4 new indices closer to your environmental concerns: Biodiversity Index, Climate Index, Water Index, FertilityIndex

• The Genesis score becomes more intuitive and changes from a -100 to +100 scale to a 0 to 100 scale.
